A $100 deposit is required for scheduling IV therapy treatments, whilst a $25 deposit is needed for scheduling injections only.

If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged, amounting to 50% of the reserved services. In the case of a missed appointment where the nurse cannot reach you, a 100% cancellation fee for the booked services will be applied after a 15-minute wait. These fees will be deducted from the card used for the deposit payment.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unforeseen delays may happen, leading to necessary schedule changes. If you must cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice.

We are committed to finding a new convenient time for your service. If a genuine emergency occurs, a portion or all of the cancellation fee might be used for your future treatments.

Bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of medical ineligibility for treatment. In such instances, a doctor's note is required for a refund.

Their ISO 5 Environment with an ISO 3 hood keeps the compounding laboratory highly sterile. Assuring our clients with high product standard and quality with ongoing and daily environmental monitoring.

In-house quality assurance procedures and processes include; environmental monitoring, sterility testing, endotoxin testing, batch testing, 24-hour temperature control, 24-hour humidity monitoring, and 24-hour pressure monitoring.
